Description:
Ultra-modern and designed for seasonal living, the pool house in Amagansett, NY includes a guest suite, spa, hot tub, and outdoor fireplace.
Goal:
The objective was to capture the pool house as a fully immersive retreat—highlighting its indoor–outdoor flow and its role as a social and restorative extension of the main residence.
Approach:
Patience with weather and seasonal timing was critical; the pool remained open just past Labor Day to ensure it could be photographed in use. I collaborated with a stylist to prepare the bedroom and lounge areas, creating composed frames that highlight the project’s textures, lighting, and indoor–outdoor connection.
