Description:
This East River pier, turned public park has two levels with plantings and natural elements on the upper deck.
Goal:
I photographed the pier with an emphasis on the lighting design. The main challenge was to get as many shots as possible at dusk when the lighting looks best.
Approach:
We planned the angles and lenses in the daytime and marked the tripod locations. Then at dusk we were able to move swiftly to cover ten shots in a short timeframe.
