When photographing art installations at galleries, I not only show the space but also faithfully represent the artwork within it. Whether traditional paintings, sculptures that are static or kinetic, video projections or even lasers, I’ve encountered a vast range of artwork to photograph in my career and an equally wide range of thoughtful artists and gallery owners who trust me to photograph their works. Ultimately, my goal is to translate the curatorial and artistic vision into a compelling visual narrative that preserves the spirit of the space for years to come.
